Title: Tridestra: do you still have to take progesterone if already had a period/bleed

Do you still need to take the progesterone part of Tridestra if you've already had a period/bleed in the oestrogen phase (peri)?
Can you take nothing for progesterone week and placebo week? Then restart oestrogen after a two-week gap?
Or am I clutching at straws?!
