Hi, does anyone use Testogel alongside Evorel Conti Patch? I tried this once before and it improved my mood but made me very restless/insomnia at night. I would like to try again and maybe start with a teeny petit pois amount. Would like to hear if anyone else has tried this combination successfully? x

I use Tostran along with Evorel Conti. I was prescribed 1 squirt every other day but found this too much as was feeling more irritable, confrontational and started getting greasy skin and a few spots - so I've cut down to half a squirt which I've found is more effective.

Thanks for your reply Mintea - I believe the Progesterone in Evorel Conti is Testosterone based so I wasn't sure if adding extra Testosterone would be ok. I started 3 days ago adding a petit pois size blob of Testogel and so far so good! I will update further down the line.

I've been on the Evorel Conti patch since just before Christmas. It stopped the hot flushes within weeks but my libido, sadness (I don't like to call it depression) and having no energy AND putting on weight increased.
My doctor has now prescribed me with Testogel as a blood test showed I was borderline with the testosterone I had in my body.
I've been reluctant to start the Testogel as it's not very clear how much to use. However, yesterday I just went for it and put on what I thought was a pea size amount on my upper arm. Fingers crossed I'll get the results I need and I can actually start feeling normal again.
