Hi All
Just changed the location of my estradot patches this week from my bum to my lower belly. This seems to have improved my mood! Can't remember why I was putting them on my bum but recently re read my instructions which said just below waist line. Has anyone else had this experience or am I just having a mood swing in the right direction?
