Hi girls,
Im just wondering if my oestragel patch 50mg (Estradot) (only taking half a patch) so 25mg will settle my overactive mind and allow me to sleep. I am waking anything from 1.30 am through out the night. a couple of nights ago I woke at 2.30 only to not return to sleep at ALL!!!
I havent started the progesterone utrogeston yet. I have been told this will make me sleep but Im wondering about the other 14 days of my cycle :'(...... I need sleeeeeeppp.
