Title: Best HRT regime for perimenopause

Hi what is the best HRT regime for peri menopause when still having periods my niece has been prescribed elleste duet based on her symptoms and 1 blood test!!!

She is still having regular periods but does have all the sign of the peri

Hi it’s hard to say which is the best one as different HRT suits different ladies. x
