Title: When to ask for increase in HRT dose

Hello,
I’ve been on estraderm mx25 for the past 7 months. I have the mirena coil fitted. I’ve noticed that the fluid retention is getting worse again and seem to have had the long period ( bleeding for 2.5 months with the odd day off) . Do you think I should ask for the next strength in patch or I have a HRT gel. Could I add some of that ? Many thanks 😊

If your symptoms are returning you need more oestrogen. If you already have gel I would add half or one pump and see what happens.
