I wanted to ask for help/advice on night sweats. This is the one symptom that was my first symptom and just wont go away. I have been on HRT for a few months now and still no improvements so I was hoping for advice on what I can do to help these horrible nightly occurrence.

Looking forward to advice

I sleep with a window wide open under a sheet of I get them. I also don't wear pj's or similar but never have anyway. Couldn't imagine wearing anything in bed!  I know other things friends say help are a chill pillow, a noise reduced tower fan, sage tablets or tea. I'm sure more suggestions will follow!!!!

Not much else I can add,bar air con,we have a unit in our bedroom and put it on an hour before bed,so the room is nice and cold when we go up,I've also got a fan on all night too. Some ladies fill a hot water bottle with ice too

What strength HRT are you using? It could be that it's not quite high enough. Night sweats are horrible

I have just developed heavy night sweats occasionally since starting HRT. It's as if I've gone backwards! It's only once a night, not every night, but wakes me and then keeps me awake for hours with racing thoughts.....
