Title: Evorel 50 and Utrogestan 100mg

Hello everyone, I love this forum! it's so informative. I am a new member and my first time posting....
I have just started the Evorel 50 oestrogel patch and the Utrogestan capsules 100mg capsules. I have a few questions - with the patch do you have to put them on the same area every time? I started yesterday and I put it onto my bottom. I can't put them on the tummy for various health reasons. And with the Utrogestan do you take them continuously without a break? I have not had a period for 3 years and only now decided to start HRT. Could not cope with the symptoms anymore.

Hi Coco. I can't answer your utrogestan question but with the Evorel patches you just swap to the other cheek each time. I put mine on my bottom too  ;D

Hi yes take the Utrogestan continuously, every night on an empty stomach. X
