Title: Spotting on Estradot

Every month I am spotting.. havent had period in 4 years. Have increased estradot from 25 to 50 to 75.. has anyone else found the right dose to stop this.. and why this is happening? Am speaking to GP again tomorrow so would value some wisdom on if I should change to something else please. I started on estrogel but couldnt regulate symptoms on that. Am also putting on weight which is a tad annoying. :-\ :-\

Hi which progesterone are you using alongside the Estradot ? X

I use the utrogestan 100. :)

Hi bleeding can occur for 6 months after increasing hrt, so maybe your body needs time.

Other than that I think you can increase the dosage of Utrogestan to 200mg every day.

Or change the progesterone to Provera. x

Thank you Dotty... are you on HRT? What is your experience of the different types of estrogen and progesterone?
