Title: Dosage ratio of estradiol patch and utrogestan

Hi can anyone help? I’m a 59 year old woman and have been on an estradiol patch 50mcg and daily Utrogestan
( orally, previously vaginally). A year ago I dropped the dosage of the estrogen from 75mcg to 50mcg on the advice of my GP. Since then I’ve put on weight, lost any libido and run out of energy generally. I’m wondering if I should ask for the estrogen patch to be increased again? BTW I had an enometrial scan which was fine…..I could take a break of a few days from the utro but I’m afraid of break through bleeding. Any advice would be much appreciated.
