Hi all. Hope you are having a good day. The sun is shinning here.
I spoke with GP and have collected my new HRT medication from pharmacy. I have been prescribed Oestrogel 2 pumps per day and utrogestan 100mgs daily. As I am postmenopausal, last period 6 years ago. I am not sure if I stop taking the Utrogestan days 26 to 28.
I posted my first post the other day and im not a wizz yet at navigating this great site.
This is an update on my previous post regarding evorel conti. I found it had no longer a good effect on my joints/bones and sleep, had been on abd off it over period of 18months.
After reading reviews on my new HRT medication I am very hopeful.
Any advise or comments welcome.

Hi if you are post menopausal then you can take the Utrogestan every day without a break. X

Taking it 25 days out of 28 allows for a bleed if there's been a build up. At 6 years post meno it's less likely there'll be one but you could use it this way for, say, 3 months then take it continuously if you haven't bled.
