So I needed more hrt tablets and I had to have a review about it before I would get another prescription..... Absolutely fine, but I couldn't see a Dr or Nurse, oh no apparently not....I had to weigh myself, and measure my height and take my own blood pressure reading....I had to go to the drs health centre to do all his myself with a machine.... This is how some of us are treated, I find it unbelievable that this is the system here. And the results are put on my records...no Dr wanted to ask me about how I was feeling with the tablets, they wasn't concerned about my well being, surely that is what a review is.... I am a bit gobsmacked really, surely they have a duty of care.... But at least I will be getting more hrt tablets. It would have been great to see someone to ask a couple of questions, but apparently not... :o :o

And it's all because of covid... honest. Nothing to do with them finding it convenient to work from home and avoid seeing patients at all costs. Grrr

My reviews have been carried out like this for the past three years so I'm used to it. I didn't mind but I can appreciate it might be difficult to ask questions! Being in my mid sixties I've always just been glad to get the patches for another year ;D

Thank you 😊 I just can't believe they don't ask, how we feel because some days I still get low... Thank you both for your replies. Talking on here and listening to other people makes me feel better too
