Yep, very familiar. I can only get to 7 days and the last 2 days are particularly hard.
How long are you planning to take it? Are you planning to take it continuously?x

Hi Peri
Yes suppose to take it conti but struggling already :-\ what is your experience??

Hi there, I’ve never managed to take it continuously it makes me ill. I once managed 12 days and it took me a fortnight to recover from the withdrawal effects. Now I take it 7 days vaginally and have regular scans (all fine). It’s the only way I can cope. I’m envious of those who take it continuously without side effects, they’re the lucky ones x

Hi Peri
Same could happen for me. How much oestrogen are you taking?? also do you have a heavy bleed with using 7 days every month? if I cant do the conti I think I will do 7 days every 6 weeks (couldn't stand every month}
Thanks Wx

I’m on evorel 50 patches which is an average dose. I don’t do well on high doses of oestrogen, 50 is perfect. I have a 3 day withdrawal bleed, it’s not heavy but then I’m well post meno now. Make sure you check in with your GP/meno specialist so they are aware of your regime and you get full support x

Hi
Still bleeding like a period along with period pains. Not sure if I should carry on hoping it will settle. Seems a bit early to bleed after only 4 Utrogestian vaginal :-\ :-\
