Hi all
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name's Monica and I've been on the late perimenopause roller-coaster for a couple of years now. Only 46 so relatively young for all this. I've done a ton of research over the last couple of years (and thank God I have one friend I can discuss the ins and outs with in real life) but I'm glad I've joined this community.
Currently on:
transdermal oestrogen (having huge problems with skin irritation/allergy unfortunately)
utrogestan (Professor Studd regime/using vaginally for 7 days)
Waiting to see a Menopause Specialist at Kings College Hospital next month.
interested in trying testosterone and/or vaginal DHEA for lack of sensitivity/orgasm difficulty

Welcome Monica,
I didn’t see this post and you’ve already helped me with your research, thank you so much.
I’m interested in trying Testosterone too and it was prescribed with my Oestrogel and Utrogestan but my research indicates I should not use it until oestrogen levels are stable so I’ve put it in the fridge and awaiting GP call back.
Good luck at your King’s apt.
V :)
