Post by: Carol Reed on August 12, 2021, 06:38:06 AM
Just finished taking mini pill after being confirmed that I am menopausal. Had left lower abdominal pain and feeling nauseous for a few days. Anyone else have this ? Feel absolutely awful

Hi Carol
Having suffered with them for many years (before having my ovaries out) is there a possibility it could be an ovarian cyst?
That's just one explanation, I'm sure there are many others, or it could be nothing.

Hi carol, I have this quite a bit but after a colonoscopy it was shown to be diverticulitis, also my lower colon tends to press on my left ovary, which again showed up on a transvaginal scan, don't ignore it though, have a chat with your Dr  :)
