Title: Shifting the belly
Post by: Millie1 on August 10, 2021, 04:30:39 PM
Hi ladies.  Just wondering how you are managing your weight/belly since the menopause.  I exercise regularly  but cannot shift an ounce.

I've read about how our metabolism slows down during the menopause, plus the lack of oestrogen.  Any diets or fitness regimes anyone can recommend.  Thanks.

I've been trying for  years to shift mine, nothing seems to work apart from running but a bad back has stopped me from doing that now, look online for stomach exercises, the plank is a good one, safe for the back too

The plank is a good one and a weighted hula hoop has helped me, not the Argos one which will break toes if dropped!
Flapper bags! Thanks for the giggle    ;D
