Hi ive just started on Femseven conti on week 4 now.after a slow start i feel much better now most symptoms e.g.flushes + night sweats are gone.Mood swings and sleep improving as well ,im happy things are on  the up,hope you also find them good.worse bit is getting them to stick but i started in the heatwave, now find no problem with them staying on. :) :)
