Hello,
Has any of you ever experienced a weird sensation that resemble shortness of breath? I'm wondering if it's a sudden surge of anxiety instead that makes me think it's shortness of breath.
Thanks

Anxiety could be at the root of it but always get these things checked out, I was terribly breathless myself and it turned out it was an iron deficiency

KarineT - did you figure out what it was for you and how to relieve it? I am experiencing the same and it is connected to anxiety. Thank you.

When my anxiety is ramping up I have a hard time catching my breath. It is one of the first symptoms I experience and can last for days. It is a terrible feeling. :-\

Please let me know if you come up with a solution. So frustrating and scary!

I have had this with anxiety, but more recently it was iron deficiency. Make sure they check your ferritin (iron stores) rather than just your haemoglobin (iron circulating in the blood).
I’m on iron tablets and it’s improving gradually.
