Hello
New to the forum but very very experienced in the menopause. Has been going on since my early forties; 10 years later, still will not just not give up!. It has been utterly disabling at times, and I am keeping my head above water. But ten years on, the night sweats are back? Are there any reliable ways to find out how close I am to the end? So weary of it all. On HRT and do absolutely everything I can to help myself. Multiple symptoms health and physical health
Secondly, admin might know this....Do you accept pitches for your magazine? online and/or print? If so tips for getting noticed and by whom!
