Or maybe I just have to live with it?
I've been to see a doc about hormones, again. I have tried Femoston earlier this year but only last one week - headaches etc. I've had one blood test, at beginning of cycle (I have regular periods) and Oestrogren was fairly low - 300.
This time doc has recommended gel and Utro. Last year, a specialist recommended I took Utro only, that REALLY didn't work. Would gel and utro be different?
Is it ok to take these with reg periods?

No one has to live with symptoms.
Do U keep a mood/food/symptom diary? MayB put the product names into the search box on the forum 2 C what pops up? Make notes.
Hopefully someone will be along who talks a bit more sense ::)
