Woken up with a terrible headache and feeling sick, took two utrogestan capsules before bed last night.
Does anyone take the one capsule? Wondering if I did this I'd have less side effects 🤔

Are you on continuous HRT? If so, the dose is 1 100 mg capsule nightly.
Sequentially (if you are still having periods) is taken on certain days of the cycle and is 200mg? Maybe take earlier in the evening?

You could try it vaginally, side effects are usually less this way.

I'm still getting periods unfortunately, came off the patches as I was struggling with the conti phase.
I wasn't sure whether to take the utrogestan orally or vaginally as I was worried incase it made me wee more often at night, bad enough as it is! X

It makes no difference to how much I wee but if you have va it might irritate it. Perhaps OH is secretly taking them - can hold it in all day but has to go at 4am (and wakes me up >:( :poke2:)
