Title: Newbie help needed. Is this how hot flushes begin?

Hi everyone,

So this usually comes on randomly, not every night, but sometimes I wake up in the middle of sleep feeling nauseous, and weird internal body heat like I have a radiator inside me (no sweating) and feel kind of shaky.

It's odd.

Wondered is this hormonal and how hot flushes begin?

Hi yes it could be. Hot flushes can be felt in different ways . X
