Title: Hrt patches

Hi all need advice. I am on evoril contti patch. I put one on sunday and changed today am I OK with the days then change again on sunday

Hi Rhinoslass, yes thats fine. I change mine on Saturdays and Wednesdays  so it’s the same time gap as you... 4 days gap then 3 days to the next change.
