Title: 6 weeks on Evorel Sequi

Hello wise women, I have a couple of questions/queries. I am 52 and have been experiencing peri menopausal symptoms for years. I finally bit the bullet and spoke to my GP and she prescribed me Evorel Sequi. I have been using them now for 6 weeks. I am still getting extreme exhaustion, brain fog and range from tears to anger at the drop of a hat. Am I expecting miracles too early? Also I haven't yet had a bleed is that normal?
