Title: Boiling hot feet at night

Hi all. Has anyone else experienced hot feet at night/bedtime.  It's keeping me awake at night x

Oooh yes Millie1 this is me! I sleep with two cold water bottles and some nights have to get up and refill them as my hot feet heat them up so much!

On my third month of HRT but it hadn't helped as yet.
