Title: Neck fan

Sorry if it’s been asked before but has anyone tried a neck fan to help with hot flushes and any recommendations for one that is really quiet?

Some find that fans help, also 'chillow pillows' have been mentioned.  Let us know how you get on?

I just googled them,they look fab,not sure I'd wear it to Tesco mind you  ;D
But great for around the house, I always have fans everywhere,wouldn't survive without them
