Title: FemSeven Conti
Post by: Sals75 on June 09, 2021, 12:26:16 PM
Hi ladies..apologies if this has already been covered, I'm new on here. I have read posts regarding weight gain and HRT /menopause and experiences seem to differ...I started menopause last year, at 45. I've been on FemSeven conti for about 8 months. All was fine until about a month ago when suddenly started feeling bloated and wobbly around my belly! I've always been slim, same weight for years, go to pilates 3 times a week and walk regularly, and my diet is ok on the whole. Yet I have put half a stone on in less than a month! I even did a pregnancy test just to make sure as it seemed so sudden! Is this normal to be ok on HRT for so long then suddenly have this happen, has anyone else found this? Sorry for waffly post ! Thanks, Sally

Hi Belle, thanks for your reply  😊. Yes, it's strange, maybe I should have a proper look at my diet!🤔 xxx

Hi,

If there has been no change in diet or exercise for you then it maybe hormones as I know before HRT I put on wait around my tummy.

Hi, I know I’m on a different patch now, I was on FemSeven Conti and am now on Evorel Conti. Both have made me pile on weight around the middle even though my diet is good and I do a lot of walking .
