Title: Urtrogestan capsules

I’ve just started on Utrogestan and Oestrogel 2 pumps a day.  I’ve been told to take a capsule every day with no gaps.  I’d like to use this vaginally if possible as I already suffer from reflux and I’m concerned that the capsules will make it worse, especially when taken on an empty stomach. Would this be ok?

Yes, many of us take it this way.
