As in the title lots of women mentioning various hrt with sequi, conti or combi added at the end. It's confusing... EXPLAIN?   :o

Conti means continuous - so both oestrogen and progesterone at the same time at a steady dose

Sequi means sequential - so oestrogen and progesterone dose will differ over the month

Combi means combined - so both the above could be combi, combined hormones in one preparation

Hope this helps  :-*
