Hi
I will go to the doctor when I can get through but it occurred to me that it could be another symptom of menopause.
I have a cough, doesn't hurt, more annoying than anything, can be phlegmy in my throat. Bit worse after eating.
Nothing major but notice it more lately.
Is this Gerd or a symptom of peri?

Or any digestive issues?

Yes I have this but have had it for years, after eating (every time)I'm constantly coughing, like you, nothing major just phlegm

Could it be reflux?
Or dry throat, Mum had to have a glass of water whilst eating for years. I always have a bottle of coke beside me.

It's not like anything caught in the throat clkd and it's not whilst eating, only after finishing a meal, without fail,I'm trying to shift phlegm, could be reflux I guess,I'm just used to it now,it was only when I read this post,I was like,oh,that's me

Hiya, do you have reduced saliva? I've been suffering with swallowing sometimes and my mouth is a little drier. I was told I have silent reflux but not been proved. My dentist has referred me to hospital to check the salivary glands etc. Hope you explore all avenues
