Title: Cough particularly when eating
Post by: Mummytron on May 17, 2021, 05:32:32 PM
Hi
I will go to the doctor when I can get through but it occurred to me that it could be another symptom of menopause.
I have a cough, doesn't hurt, more annoying than anything, can be phlegmy in my throat. Bit worse after eating.
Nothing major but notice it more lately.
Is this Gerd or a symptom of peri?

Or any digestive issues?

Could it be reflux?

Or dry throat, Mum had to have a glass of water whilst eating for years.  I always have a bottle of coke beside me.

Hiya, do you have reduced saliva? I've been suffering with swallowing sometimes and my mouth is a little drier. I was told I have silent reflux but not been proved. My dentist has referred me to hospital to check the salivary glands etc. Hope you explore all avenues
