Can someone help me please. Can anyone tell me if they get a pain near there bum and legs. This is stopping me sitting down. Dont know if I have posted in right place. Thankyou

My 'bottom' is bony so occasionally it is very sore after sitting for ages.   Exercise helps me.

I don't have a boney bum. It's were my hair line is. It's very uncomfortable
