Title: Soya
Post by: Postmeno3 on May 09, 2021, 12:08:00 PM
Hi,
Does anyone use soya products to replace standard foodstuffs? It seems controversial in relation to oestrogen?
Thanks.

Hello - this is an old post I know, but did you try soy?

I eat vegan anyway, so do eat foodstuffs like tofu/soy yoghurt, I think this is better for my health, but I still do take HRT

Soya can upset some people in the gut region.   What do you intend 2 replace with soya?

Some find that a plant-based diet is suitable 4 them, I have a mixed diet though would never say 'balanced'  ::).  Red meat tends to slow my bowl for 2-3 days  :-\ otherwise I eat what I fancy  ;)
