Title: Vagifem and ointment

Hi,
Is it advisable to insert the Vagifem first before applying the ointment? It's not a hormonal ointment I've been prescribed and wonder if applying it first affects the potency of the Vagifem? Certainly, it says to wait at least half an hour between in the leaflet, but I don't think that's about petroleum ointment. Thanks!

If you are using the ointment on the outer labia perhaps a 10min wait. Vagifem inside, lay on a warmed towel with a book .........
