Title: Endometrial lining in post menopause

Hi ladies
I wonder if you can help me. I had an ultrasound on my pelvis and abdomen last week due to a raised blood test result for cancer. Luckily this was all ok. I noticed on my report it said my endometrium lining was 2.4 mm. I read that this could be post menopause.  I am on low dose oestriogel and 12 days utrogestan. I'm 51 and don't know if my own periods have stopped yet. Could I be post menopause?
