Tomorrow I’ll be speaking to the Menopause clinic to discuss changing from Evorel Conti patches to a higher dose preparation as I’ve been having some issues recently, due to I suspect low oestrogen levels.
Ive been researching other preparations and I know that the Estradot patch has more oestrogen than Evorel but what is the name of the capsule that you have to take with it? I haven’t thought about using capsules vaginally before but as I suffer with stomach problems this may be the way to go for me. x

The capsule is Utrogestan 100mg. There is a 200mg version but this is not licensed for HRT purposes in the UK, so you might be prescribed 2 x 100 mg. Estradot patches come in a variety of strengths, are small, and stick very well. Good luck.
