I have just been prescribed these instead of femostan conti as i was beeding on them. Is anyone taking these and what are your thoughts please

I've done a search on the Forum but not many had replies to this query, have no idea why!

MayB keep a mood/food/symptom diary to chart progress?  Do U feel supported by your GP?
