I’ve been on Hrt for nine years but over the last few months I’ve developed three new symptoms.....
Dry eyes
Itchy, dry skin on my shins
Leg and groin pain
At first I didn’t associate them with Hrt but I’m now wondering if this could be due to a drop in my oestrogen levels and If that’s the case, would it mean I would have to use more than one patch or change to a different preparation? x

I think you need to increase oestrogen. If you're happy with the patch you're on moving to a higher dose of the same brand would be the best option.

Yes that’s what I thought although when I last checked there was no higher dose for Evorel Conti patches. Would anyone know which preparation I would be offered if need a higher dose of oestrogen?

If you need a higher dose of oestrogen then you would need to use separate oestrogen patches and progesterone because there is no higher dose combi patch unfortunately and annoyingly!
I suggest you do some research and decide what you would like to try.
If you look at the main mneu on the website under hRT preparations you will see the oestrogen patches listed - various doses up to 100 mcg, including Evorel. The progestogens are limited - either Provera, utrogestan ( "natural" progesterone) or the Mirena coil These are listed under progestogens.
Good luck!
