Hi,
I've become quite curious about how identifying my Ayurvedic type and then following the diet for that type might help with some aspects of postmenopause? Is there anyone following this sort of regime and finding it beneficial? It's quite fascinating to see how the types of food (hot, cold, spicy etc) one is naturally drawn to, as opposed to craving, are what truly reflect what we need? 🤔
