I'm 49 this month and  started taking Femiston January this year. It really improved my symptoms. I felt much better. My mood aches and pains were  better.  I could walk better in the mornings. My body wasnt aching on a night time.  I want tired all the time. My Anxiety was much better.   The last few weeks all these symptoms have started again.  Can the HRT stop working?  I feel like I cant cope with each day. Just want to curl up and hide in bed.

Perhaps a higher dose may help if thats an option.

Hi Claudia

Femeston 1/10 was the first HRT I ever really settled with. Like you, though, it worked like magic for a few months before my symptoms (headaches) started to sneak back in. To be honest I took a gamble because I was ready to throw in the towel completely, but I decided to try the Femoston 2/10 and it was like night and day - my headaches went overnight and I felt great :)

Please talk it through with your doctor and let him or her know how you are feeling so you can find the right solution. Hope you feel better soon xx
