Title: Has HRT helped your dizzy or spacey head?

I've got the same problem :( I have just put a patch on to see if it helps! Will report back either way.............

Dizziness, off balance, spacey head was my main symptom for many years. I avoided going out because how I felt. Was told it could be middle ear problem. I knew it was hormonal but know one ever believed me. HRT will help but you need to find one that works otherwise it makes it worse.

Post by: shrosphirelass on March 27, 2021, 04:00:24 PM: I suffered from dizziness and HRT definately helped. I still have the occasional episode and I think it is aggravated by stress. Also it may be worth checking if you are anemic as I started to get quite dizzy after being on HRT for sometime and had some bleeding and it turned out I was anemic. As soon as I started taking iron it improved.

My first symptoms were severe duzzivess with vertigo, nausea and constant spinning head.

I'm not balanced yet, but fur me, at 44, I think it wa estrogen surges, or certainly the peaks and troughs causing my symptoms. I'm trying combined pill to balance out. HRT tops up and I felt poisoned on the estrogen.
