Title: Pregnenolone and HRT

Does anyone take Prenenelone alongside HRT? I’m suffering with bad mood swings every 2 weeks that are making me feel like I’m going crazy.
I take 3 pumps estrogel and 7 days 100mg utrogestan due to bad progesterone intolerance.
I wonder if it may help any input appreciated

Before I started HRT I loved preg, but was worried to continue. DHEA I have taken and love the effects-sex drive, bright eyes, but fear it messes up my E levels. Currently dealing with sky high blood E level, but all symptoms returned, no sleep/night sweats. last night dropped from 4  to 3 pumps od E gel. Be careful and don't take too much?
