Title: Everol Conti = Constipation???

I am using a full patch of Everol Conti and have noticed a resurgence of the ruddy constipation issue...groan...........
Anyone else getting constipated using these patches or is it just MOI????
Would it be okay if I reduced them down to half a patch do you think,  as I do feel a bit woozy and spaced  on them and wonder if a full patch is too much????
