Hi
Does anyone take the Evorel conti patch continuously even though they are still peri and having periods? I really feel horrid during the oestrogen only 2 weeks of Evorel and feel much better when I have the combined patch. It is the only form of progesterone that I can tolerate, having tried them all!
Thanks
Claire

Hi Claire, I don't, but I do take conti utrogestan vaginally even though I am perimenopausal. I had a brief dabble about a month ago on sequi and didn't feel at all right. I think I need my hormones to be steady. Will be interested to hear how you get on.

I don't think the conti regime would give you enough endometrial protection if you are still having periods. This would put you at a risk of endometrial cancer I believe?

Hi if you are post menopause then you can use Evorel Conti all the time, but it’s likely you would get breakthrough bleeding if you are still in peri menopause. x
