Title: Bleeding with HRT patch

Following on from a previous post. I have bled again on the patch, I am on week 6. I went to the hospital a couple of weeks ago for an ultrasound and exam and she said all was fine.
I know it's pretty normal to get it in the first few months, however, the consultant said if I experienced more bleeding to go back for a hysteroscopy with a general.
I am inclined to leave it a couple more months??????

Hi breakthrough bleeding can happen in first 6 months of starting any new HRT .

Which patches are you using ? And are you post menopause ? xxx

Evorel Conti and 8 years plus post meno.....

I wonder why you got referred when it's one of the known and common side effects of all conti HRTs?

Hi if you’ve only been using the patches for 6 weeks then bleeding is quite normal x
