Morning everyone!
I’m struggling with drying time for Sandrena, on thighs.
I’m using 2 sachets and my flat is just too cold to wander about half naked for half an hour!
Does anyone successfully apply Sandrena to lower leg or forearm?
Unlike Oestrogel, which says you can apply to arms, the guidance for Sandrena says to apply to lower trunk or thighs but there appears to have been little research in to applying it to other areas so looking for anecdotal info.
Thanks in advance, everyone.

Newson health have a video on applying gels, not sure of the link I saw it a while ago but they say you can put it on your outer arms.

Ah yes! I remember finding an article from Australia that said this, but then couldn’t find it again. Thank you!!!

I apply Sandrena to outer arms. I rub it in like a moisturiser and it’s dry within 5 minutes This was advised by Rebecca Lewis from Newson Health

That’s great to know, thank you.
I’m upping to 3 sachets, next week, so hoping I can find enough skin (I’m very small :-\ )

Here's the video and there's also a line or two below explaining that you can apply it on places other than your outer arms.

Thank you so much! I’m going to try it on my arms, tonight. I’ve not felt much difference so far (poss less dry eyes and less indigestion) so won’t have much to compare it to, but I’m already sick of sticky legs and lying like a starfish for half an hour.
Thanks again.

Sandrena should be rubbed gently on dry and clean skin. It should not be swallowed.
Where to apply the gel
Do not apply the gel to your breasts, face or on broken skin
.
Apply the gel to your lower body or thighs.
Apply the gel to a different side of your body each day.
Follow these instructions:
1. Apply the gel once a day to the skin on your lower body or thighs.
2. Spread the gel over an area 1–2 times the size of your hand.
3. Allow the gel to dry for a few minutes.
4. Wash your hands after applying the gel. Avoid contact of the gel with your eyes. The gel may irritate your eyes.
5. Do not wash the area where you have applied the gel for at least one hour.
Hope this helps
I have been using 0.5 ml daily Sandrena for at least five years and always rub it on alternative thighs

Hi, wow! That would make life easier to be able to rub it right in!
The worry is that is says ‘spread’ do you think it will be ok to give a real rub in like she does and it’ll absorb properly?
I too, am now on to 2.5 sachets a day. It takes blinking forever to dry!!

Hi there,
Just a quick update, that I switched to upper arms, rubbing it in completely, and I haven't seen any reduction in efficacy, at all.
It might be worth you trying that for a few days. I'm up to 3 sachets now, before bed, and its sooooooo much easier.
Good luck!
