Title: Patch vs Gel

Hi everyone,

It seems a lot of ladies are using the gel.  Is there an advantage to this over the patch? 
Also, what is the comparison of pumps to dosage of the patch?  ie:  I wear a 75 patch - how many pumps would that be?

That would be 3 pumps though you may find you absorb it differently. No advantage either way, if you're happy with the patch you use I would continue with it.

I never absorbed the gel st all, had 4 horrific months  :-\ patches all the way for me.

I reacted to the adhesive in the patches so had to swap to gel.
