Hello everyone
It has taken me ages to figure out how to put a post on here ! The website design is most unusual and not easy to figure out how to use .
I have been on 1 mg sandrena gel and uterogestan 200 mg days 15-26 for two years now and my symptoms have been well controlled .
This last month my bleeding became out of sync and a trainee GP suggested that perhaps the oestrogen dose may need to increase as she thought 1 mg is a low dose .
Looking at the patient info 1 mg sandrena seems a good dose .
I also have started with sore breasts
Does anyone have any suggestions ?
I am now 47 and perimenapausal so taking cyclical HRT since age 45

Morning. :welcomemm:
It may be that your hormones are over-riding the HRT.
Find the search box: put the names of the products into it, individually 2 C what pops up. Make notes.
Some find that keeping a mood/food/symptom diary useful.

Unless you have a return of meno symptoms there's no need to increase the dose. You need to change the hrt cycle so it's back in sync with your own. My own cycle is always stronger than the hrt one. It can be difficult in peri if your own cycle is variable. I can tell when I ovulate so start utro a day or 2 later, if not start again with the start of bleed as day 1.

Hi.
I got sore breasts when I upped my hrt. So probably, it was too much for me.
I’m thinking, if you did higher it, it may knock everything out of sync even more.
Who knows really, it’s trial and error, until we find the right strength that suits us.
If all other symptoms are ok, I’d leave it for another couple months and see what happens.
