Title: Gel and utro dosage Q

I’m wanting to come off hrt to see how I feel as I don’t feel it’s helping me much and probably causing more problems than it’s solving.

I’ve so far reduced my gel down to 1 pump a day. Is 1 utrogestan tablet (100) a night taken vaginally and cyclically ok? Rather than 2?

Yes 100mg x 12 days vaginally is what I use with one pump of gel.
