I've been trying Evorel Sequi patches and I've noticed I feel different dependent on where I put the patch.
Or perhaps I'm just imagining it? :-\ ;D
Anyone else think this about their HRT patch?

I always stick mine in the same area. Which different areas are you trying?

Hi Taz2
I have tried the upper thigh on the front and moved from one thigh to another each time I change a patch.
Now I've tried the outer side of my upper thigh and it seems to have lessened the side effects I've been having (lower abdominal pain).
Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

I stick mine on the upper buttock as I've found that best for me. I had lower abdominal pain for the first month or so. I'm glad your pain has improved. It's interesting that positioning of the patch might make a difference. How long have you been on Evorel?

I'm halfway through the 2nd month Taz.
How do you remove the adhesive from your bum?! It sticks like..well...glue!

The Giraffe look ;D I use a tiny amount of baby oil or, and I know this sounds daft, nail varnish remover.

As Taz2 suggests I used a nail varnish pad :)
I also used to stick patches to the top of my bottom, it also meant I couldn’t see the patchwork of residual glue stuck there which helped ;D

I found I got a rash if stick on my buttocks so always put low down abdomen, well below waist.

Well I'm buying some nail polish remover today!
Thanks for the advice :)

Hope it works! I'm like Salad and don't really notice mine as they are behind me ;D
