What is the continuous hrt ? Would this be patches like I am on now? or is this another type of hrt as i didnt cope with the tablets hrt very well.

"There are three main types of HRT: oestrogen only, cyclical and continuous combined HRT."
"Continuous combined or period-free HRT.
This is recommended for women who have not had a period for at least one year and are therefore post-menopausal. Period-free HRT contains similar hormones to cyclical HRT but, as the name suggests, it does not cause regular bleeding."
